Choose your login email.
After paying, you should return automatically to set up your login. Use any email you prefer, even if it differs from PayPal. Verify it and choose Connect My Membership.

Finish setup in the browser where you started checkout. Then find Access Your Products and open the Directory, Submission Kit or Playbook. Once connected, sign in from any device.

I’ve paid. How do I get into the member area?
Open Set Up Your Member Login. Create your website account with your preferred email and complete email verification. If you already have a website account, choose Sign in. Your login email can be different from your PayPal email.
Finish this first setup in the browser where you started checkout. Review the account shown and choose Connect My Membership once your payment is confirmed. Access Your Products then appears in the member area.
Which account do I use?
Use the AI Sync Lab website account you created after checkout. The Member Login link on this site takes you to it. Your purchase connects to the verified website account you choose during setup. The website email can be different from your PayPal email.
I’m signed in, but my products haven’t appeared.
Verify your website email if prompted, then look for Connect My Membership. Check the account shown before connecting your purchase. If you have just paid, allow a few minutes, then choose Refresh membership status.
Please do not pay again. If you switched browsers or devices before finishing setup, return to the checkout browser to connect your purchase. If access still hasn’t appeared, contact support with your purchase email and PayPal subscription ID so we can check the payment.
PayPal didn’t return me to the website.
The automatic return is the expected path. If it does not happen, choose PayPal’s return to merchant link, or open Set Up Your Member Login directly in the browser where you started checkout. Choose your preferred login email and connect your purchase there. After setup is complete, you can sign in from any device.

What’s included, and how much does it cost?
Membership is $9.99 USD per month or $49.99 USD per year. Both plans include the AI Music Directory, Track Submission Kit and The AI Music Licensing Playbook ebook. Review the full membership details before joining.
How do I stop my subscription from renewing?
Manage your subscription in PayPal under Automatic Payments. Canceling stops future billing; your access continues through your paid period. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until canceled.
I need help with a payment or connecting my account.
Keep your PayPal receipt and contact support. Include the email used for the purchase, the email shown in your website account and your PayPal subscription ID if available. Please do not start another subscription while we check the existing payment.
Using your products
How should I use the directory?
Search and filter by company type, AI workflow, outside submissions and evidence. Open a profile to review policy notes, submission routes, sources and research dates. Confirm the company’s current requirements and your recording’s eligibility before submitting.
Saved companies stay in the browser where you saved them. They do not automatically transfer to another browser or device.
What does the Track Submission Kit create?
Follow Your Track, Rights & Company, then Copy or Save. The kit prepares an AI disclosure, a company inquiry and a track record you can print or save as a PDF. You review and send your materials yourself.
Your working draft stays in your browser. Save a copy of the track record with your project files when you finish.
How do I read or download the Playbook?
Choose Open Playbook in the member area. Read the 191-page ebook there, or choose Download PDF to keep a copy. If your browser cannot display the reader, use the download button.
Is the free Field Guide the same as the Playbook?
The free newsletter signup gift is Music Licensing in the Age of AI, a shorter Field Guide with six practical chapters. The AI Music Licensing Playbook is the separate 191-page ebook included with paid membership.

How do I report a directory correction?
Contact support with the company name, the detail that needs reviewing and a link to the company’s current information if you have one. Research updates are reviewed before being added to the directory.
